改編自日本漫畫之神手塚治蟲禁忌情色漫畫作品的電影【手塚治蟲迷幻少女】，由其長子手塚真擔任導演，攜手王家衛禦用攝影師杜可風，並找來人氣演員稻垣吾郎、二階堂富美激情演出。
「東京都市吞噬、消化了幾千萬人，有個女人卻像是排泄物般被排出了，她的名字是芭波拉。」有著特殊性癖的唯美派作家美倉洋介在地鐵站邂逅了這名滿是酒氣的女子，便將她帶回家。放浪形骸的芭波拉再次激起美倉創作的靈感，文思泉湧猶如同他內心即將潰堤的慾望，她是繆斯？還是惡魔？或者根本只是美倉自行想像的幻影？有如在芭波拉的引領之下，美倉洋介展開了這段毀滅的旅程。
