華碩Z77晶片組主機板系列的頂級型號P8Z77-V Deluxe搭載了豐富並且頗具特色的功能，當然還有十分紮實的用料與硬體設計，為玩家提供相當不錯的Z77主機板！

P8Z77-V Deluxe內建Z77晶片組，可以搭載LGA1155的Sandy Bridge處理器與最新22奈米Ivy Bridge處理器，還有設置4組記憶體插槽，最高可支援DDR3-2800的超高頻率，除此之外還有兩組PCIe 3.0 x16插槽跟一組PCIe 2.0 x16插槽，可支援x16/x8+x8/x8+x4+x4三種模式跟NVIDIA SLI技術、AMD CrossFireX技術跟LucidLogix Virtu MVP技術，此外還有四組PCIe 2.0 x1插槽。

而SATA接孔則有4組SATA 6Gb/s、4組SATA 3Gb/s、2組eSATA 6Gb/s，USB埠相當豐富有共8組USB 3.0埠、8組USB 2.0埠，其中USB 3.0規格分別由Z77晶片組與ASM1042晶片驅動。其他部分還有雙GigaLan網路、Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n無線網路、Bluetooth V4.0、Bluetooth V3.0+HS、八聲道音效、光纖 S/PDIF 輸出…等等。視訊輸出部分則內建HDMI跟DisplayPort兩種介面。

P8Z77-V Deluxe是P8Z77系列的王牌型號，因此ASUS在主板料件上頭相當大方，除了此系列全面採用SAMRT DIGI+數位電源設計之外，P8Z77-V Deluxe還累積了誇張的16+4+2相數位供電設計，分別針對CPU、iGPU、DRAM三個部分做完整的數位供電管理，透過以數位方式讓這三個在主機板最主要耗電的部件有了待機[u]省電[/u]、超頻加壓等等狀況都適得其所，量身打造最合適的供電條件。

另外要特別提到，ASUS這次強化Z77晶片組主機板在數位[u]生活[/u]方面的應用[u]體驗[/u][b]Wi-Fi GO![/b]，透過區網內無線網路的連接可以讓使用者有多種不同的數位應用，像是DLNA多媒體管理、檔案[u]分享[/u]互傳、網路分享、無線遙控…等等，玩家透過Wi-Fi GO特殊的板卡即可使用上述方便功能，十分便利。而其實Wi-Fi GO!功能是從前代的BT GO!功能衍伸加強而來，而新款改用相容性更高的無線網路協定，結合更多功能，讓使用者透過ASUS主機板進入體驗數位生活！

其他新穎及強化功能還包括有Fan Xpert 2、Network iControl、BIOS Flashback…等等，顧名思義即是內建風扇轉速協同管理、網路頻寬調配、BIOS更新與回復，功能相當豐富多元。
